Hey Babe!
Just ended my video taking for the sch's first CPR video. Again, i was told to be the patient! Case: After my jog with my friends(Syed and Saerah) i did cooling down excise myself, while the other 2 were talking. I start to feel pain while cooling down... Pain travel up to my left Chest. Those who learn First Aid, should know this is a sign for Heart Attack! Soon later, i collapse! Syed and Saerah saw, and came running to me... Syed was suppose to be a trained First Aider, so he did the few steps of CPR. As for Saerah she went and called for help! She ran towards our small class and shouted! HELP! HELP! Hayati and Indra called the Ambulance 995! Hairizi and Raf went and looked for help! Mdm Lee, came and continued CPR. Yay! End of intro for CPR! =] Mdm Lee then did the step by step CPR on a CPR Dummy! She injured her knee but still she wanted to continue and finish up! The dumb track was so rough, hot and hard, i was lying down, and Mdm Le, did Head Titlt Chin Leave! I rub my head against the rough ground so many time just for demo! Smack her seh! My head pain pain lei! Rahhs! But Mdm Lee need to Knee down, despite of her wound, she continued! So tough! My Hero! Haha. Still though i can go off le... Then happily leave! But was called back to do Recovery Position! Lucky, i was only at the bus stop outside sch! Went back and did recovery position model! Haha. Mdm Lee, mouth swell a little, think she blow and compress more then a 100times! Poor thing! :( So i tried to help for Recovery Position! Did many many times... But the other teachers just think it's not good enough! Smack them seh! Haha. Lucky it ended by 1230pm!


Once Ended i went meet Nichola and gang for a MOVIE! Kung Fu Panda! Hmm... Many thing happen.. haha... But i just too lazy to type... Yeah! Nothing really special! =]


Yay! Tml having Class BBQ at east coast Pit 44! haha. Hopefully can enjoy...
As usual, i will be meeting Damien first then head down together! haha. Cheers!
I shall enjoy... Toning over with some class people... Me and Damien with some others decided to sit by the sea and enjoy sea breeze till morning... Hopefully everything will turn out well! =]


Before i go nappy... Need prepare some stuff for tomorrow! Meeting Nic and gang to teach them how to use a AED at Sjab 1000hrs. Then head home then meet Damien! haha. Lol
