Hey all, look at My Motivation, hope you will be motived too. Anyway today i just had my chinese oral.... is was ok but the teacher say i like to eat words, maybe during the oral i hungry la, then find words eat lor ..... haha ok i know i am lame. But a quite not lucky thing happen i got the same conversation question as Shu Hui(kidding). Haha was shock when i head that. But also quite happy cause got talk to her about the topic before....... and heard that this year SNCO is different they pass out with SSG rank. That a good news.. So other U.G will not say our promotion is very slow..... And POP is drawing closer our sec 2 & 3 footdrill still so so, haven reach the standard i want. Is my standard too high. no shouldn't be, cause is like what a LCP & CPL should know and also should do. My dear sec 2, the way you guys report as Duty NCO does not like one NCO. Some of you can still give me same hand same leg marching, what the hell is this, fall in still can smile, not only that, what to do still need senior to tell, scold you then cry, what is this. We are a U.G. not a childcare centre.. The senior will not be going around to pamper you and treat you like babys. But sec 2, all this thing can change one, work as a whole help each other and dun laugh at each other. Got problems feel free to ASK, and i mean ASK. Got so many people to ask, got sec 3, sec 4,graduates and the officers. There are som many people out there to help why sit there and wait for us to scold you. And i can tell that you guys are improving but some of you just dont want to put in that extra effort. Help each other, movitate each other. That all i got for you guys.
